Partner Development & Contribution – a Firm Leader Survey
Our Partner Development Survey, conducted with David Cruickshank of Edge International, helps firms determine the areas in which partners may need the most support as their careers progress. Based on responses from over 40 firms and 500 partners, identified as successful by their firms, the survey categorizes the key skills, priorities and attitudes – particularly in the areas of business development, management and leadership – that allow partners to successfully advance through stages of increasing contributions to their firms.
