Partner Development – It’s a different game

Although development professionals in law firms are accustomed to focusing on associates, for many firms the ongoing development of partners is now even more important. Yet the methods that work for associates do not work nearly as well for partners. This article describes the most effective approaches for continuing to develop lawyers after they become partners.
